* Charges are per hour - please ensure that a Forklift or crane is on-site as additional costs will be levied.

* Charges for the HIAB is a minimum of 2 hours at the above hourly rate.

* Area 1 - South from Henderson - North to Malaga

* Area 2 - Metro areas outside of Area 1

* Deliveries are kerbside - off-loading or standing time will incur an additional charge at the above rate per hour or part thereof.

* Prices include fuel levy but exclude GST
